Warden Liaison – John Kirby

Archives – Bruce Mackison – To collect, organize and preserve the records of the life of All Saints’ Anglican Church

Communication – Develop and maintain a seamless process for communication related to church events internally for parishioners and externally within the community when relevant and requested.

Governance and Strategic Planning – David Sims – To identify generally accepted good governance principles and practices suitable for All Saints’ Anglican Church, Collingwood.  To review the Canons and other relevant governance related laws and regulations to ensure that the All Saints’ governance model conforms to them. To consult with the Incumbent and Wardens, the Advisory Board and Vestry periodically and to obtain their blessing on critical governance issues affecting the Church.  To arrange governance training opportunities for the Incumbent and Wardens, the Advisory Board, church organizations and staff. To prepare and submit final recommendations resulting from the Governance Review Committee’s work for approval by the Incumbent and Wardens, the Advisory Board and Vestry.

Library – Kate Sheldon – Provide and catalogue books for congregation to borrow.

Nominating Committee – Jim Cunningham/Jacquie Sims – To identify and recommend a slate of qualified candidates to fill the positions of wardens, deputy wardens, lay delegates to Synod, a vestry representative to Advisory Board and Cemetery Board members.

Reception – Nancy Zamborsky – To provide a welcoming presence for people entering All Saints’ reception area and to extend information about church activities.  To answer phone calls and direct calls to proper staff.  To provide information about the church.
