Co3 (Coffe Cookies and Conversation) – Moira Southwell, Ann Chisholm – To offer parishioners and the people of the community at large, regardless of faith affiliation, an opportunity to meet in a safe, caring and friendly environment, in an informal setting, in which to enjoy each other’s company.  To alleviate loneliness and isolation and to give people an opportunity to attend a gathering in which to see Christian people at work in a non-threatening environment.

Food Programs Co-ordinator –   Susan Scouten  – Community Friendship Dinner (open to everyone in the community of Collingwood) Format:  Full Meal Take-out only during the pandemic When: The second Wednesday of every month. NEXT TAKE-OUT DINNER: Wednesday February 10th, 2021 Pre-ordering Required:  Preferred How to Pre-order:  Email [email protected] OR call 705-441-1419 (Susan Scouten) at least 24 hours in advance. How to pick up: Come to the church between 5pm and 6 pm the date of the dinner. Pick up is outside the church.  Non-contact delivery is also available if it is requested when pre-ordering. Entrées-to-Go Food Program (open to everyone in the community of Collingwood) Format: Not a full meal. This program offers only the main course as well as Cobs bread, rolls, sweets. When: Requests for a main course and bread may be made at any time. How to request: Email [email protected] OR call 705-441-1419 (Susan Scouten).  In your email include the number of entrees required.  Susan will contact you to discuss what entrees are available and make arrangements for pick-up or delivery. Cobs Bread: This local bakery donates freshly made bread/rolls/sweets to several charities including All Saints’.  Food Bank:  All Saints’ supports the local Salvation Army Food Bank.  We maintain large bins at the main entrance for parishioners to drop off food donations. Note: During the pandemic the doors at All Saints’ are locked and no one may enter the church but you may check the Salvation Army website for hours of operation if you wish to donate to that food bank. Out of the Cold:  Both the Community Friendship Dinner and the Entrées-to-Go programs donate food to Collingwood’s Out of the Cold program. Want to make a donation to the Food Ministry at All Saints’? Please go to the home page at www.allsaintscollingwood.com and follow the instructions to make an e-mail payment or leave a cheque in the church’s mail box at the top of the ramp door. Of course, when we can all eat in the church for our Wednesday dinner there will be a donation box on the serving table. The Food Ministry relies greatly on our volunteers, parishioners, local merchants and our Green Team at All Saints’ who provide fresh greens, salads and vegetables, to the Community Friendship Dinners.  This fresh produce is lovingly grown in the All Saints’ gardens.

Golf Day – Jim Cunningham – To organize an annual golf day for parishioners and provide a venue for parishioners to enjoy themselves and interact socially with each other.

International Dinner – Jim Cunningham – To annually provide a fund raising dinner with an international theme, basing the food and entertainment to reflect the country of choice.

Parrish Missional Transformation (Saints’ Alive) – Moira Southwell, Sharon Goldsworthy – Encourage and foster an environment to discover God’s will and future direction and growth of our ministry in our church community, in our neighbourhoods and in the broader community. To provide ongoing dialogue, act as a catalyst to help implement community building ideas coming from those dialogues, to present seed ideas from other sources and to energize the church community to reach out beyond ourselves.

Salvation Army Donations – TBA – To collect food donations for the Salvation Army Food Bank to distribute to people in need in Collingwood. To encourage parishioners to donate non-perishable food on a regular basis to the three food boxes at the three entrances to our church. To organize additional special drives at times of the year when regular donations from the broader community are low.

Sunday Morning Coffee Hour – Michael Kacmar and Wardens – To provide an opportunity for parishioners and guests to meet following the Sunday morning services for a time of fellowship.

Sunday Morning Coffee Hour Greeters – Nancy Milner – To welcome people attending the 10:30am Sunday service.  To make people feel comfortable, welcome and included in the after church coffee gathering.

Young Adult Drop In – YAD – Sharon Goldsworthy – A drop in on Tuesdays, from 11am-2pm for community young adults aged 19-35. We are an inclusive group where all are welcome and can find unconditional acceptance, support, fellowship and a light lunch.
