Chancel Guild – Marie Phipps-Bunting
It is the ministry of the Chancel Guild to prepare the Sanctuary area for all scheduled services of public worship. Set up the Holy Eucharist for all services as required. Prepare for services of Holy Baptism. Ensure correct liturgical colours are displayed. Ensure sufficient supplies of wafers, wine, and candles are available. Arrange for placement and removal of memorial flowers and that dedication or memorial notices are provided to the office for inclusion in Sunday bulletins whenever possible.

Family Service – Rev. Douglas Michael
To create a blended service using technology and different presentation of music and liturgy. Expanded contemporary music and musicians along with technology to build a liturgy experience that appeals to those wishing something alternative to our regular BAS service.

Music – Barry De Silva
Organist, Choir, Handbells, Ukulele – Provides the music at services and special events.

Participant Schedule – Terry White
To schedule all Readers, Intercessors, Crucifers/Altar Servers, Chalice Bearers, Lay Readers and Anointers.

Sidespeople
To provide support to clergy and worshippers before, during, and following services which will assist in a meaningful act of worship.
