Rector’s Warden

Penny Bourne – Penny comes from an Army family and attended schools in several countries.  She and her husband, Anthony, moved from London to Canada in 1975 and lived in Toronto, where she ran her own retail business, before moving to Collingwood in 2010.   She is a member of the All Saints Choir, has served as a member of the Curriculum Committee of the GTLLI and is on the Management team of a local Probus club.  She is the proud mother of three and grandmother of seven.

Penny is grateful for the opportunity to serve the All Saints’ community as a Deputy Warden.

Deputy Rector’s Warden

Kathi Wilkinson – Kathi has been a member of the All Saints’ parish since moving from the Sarnia area in 2008 and immediately became involved as a volunteer at the Friendship Dinners and Green Team where she continues as chairperson.
She and her husband Robert met and were married at All Saints’ in 2015 and are actively involved in various ministries and volunteer activities within the church.
Kathi has a BA from University of Western Ontario and BEd from University of Toronto. She is a retired elementary school administrator formerly with the Lambton-Kent District School Board and now enjoys spending time with family, travelling, skiing, golfing and membership with local nature and climate action groups in the Collingwood area.

Kathi looks forward to the opportunity to serve in the position of People’s Warden.

 

 

Deputy People’s Warden

​Catherine retired to Collingwood in 2019 following an almost 40 year career in the leadership of independent and international schools.  Upon retirement, she continues her work with not for profits as a fundraising consultant and leadership coach and volunteer. She has engaged in the life of her various churches and served each of those communities as lay reader, choir member, Sunday School teacher. Currently,  she sits on the board of Habitat for Humanity South Georgian bay, is a member of Probus and 100 Women Who Care and serves as Deputy People’s Warden, Outreach at All Saints. She and her husband Brian are proud parents of three amazing daughters and they are looking forward to the arrival of her first grandbaby in June.

Jake Johnston

Is a former Principal with Peel District School Board as well Internatinal educational experience as a principal and consultant. He has been a parishioner at All Saints’ since 2016.

He is a widower (Valerie 2021) and has one Son, Tait who resides in Mississauga.
